Leading a team of two designers and working closely with PM, windowsphone.com was redesigned to allow for more flexible content publishing. A fresh, new interaction model was also deployed, current with today’s trends of longer, scrolling webpages. Modules were designed to be very flexible and highly interactive. The redesign was to become the definitive online resource for the OS. In addition, our goal was to engage customers prior to purchase while servicing existing customers post-purchase.
I also led the design of the Windows Phone online apps and games store, giving customers access to the full app and game catalog from any browser, including the ability check purchase history, manage their account and reinstall apps.
